The final week of our South Africa Trip we avoided 40knots & choppy around CT. Day trips to Yzerfontein, Langerbaan area followed by Tom’s Interview with Azza (A.Hadlow) where he also got a ride in his Brand new Range Rover. We headed back to the Breede River for quieter water time & the best training area for the bridglets. A pretty social time also with Ozwald camping out at our house, saying ‘ i like it round the bridges for a Braai’. Also joned by German rider & Knee surgeon- Hans Moller , Frank, Charlotte, Debo & Paul Hook. It became the Southern Hemisphere Kite Lodge & we all lived on fruit, steaks, sweet corn & pancakes- with the limited supply of provisions from Nella De Winkle.
For the bridglets this place has been perfect training ground. A small walk thru a snake infested path & get faced with 7mtr vegas weather everyday. They have made great friends, done a ridiculous amount of water time with NoTV, No Santa, No Power at times & some good basic living. Video soon to come
