Its been a very exciting week here at Edge  hosting the International sailing federation kiteboarding training week.  ISAF representatives from round the world attended the three day kiteboarding workshop at Edge which  would give them a great overview of how to teach kitesurfing safely as well as techniques in order to increase participation in the sport within their countries. In addition to the theory side of the week we had three practical sessions in which the participants would have a chance to try kitesurfing themselves. With great learning conditions in the duck pond, many went home with a view to increasing participation within their country. The person in charge of organizing the Tokyo Olympics Sailing arena was extremely excited saying he looks forward to show casing the sport in Japan 2020!
