For all levels and ages 11+.
Our experienced, friendly and qualified coaches will get you on the water and paddling safely in no time. You will be sharing your instructor(s), but you’ll be sure to meet some interesting people to add to the experience. The session will start with a safety briefing and some land-based training before heading out on the water for a guided tour. You’ll be able to ask for technique advice and tips along the way on paddling technique, balance strategy, Turning around and bringing on more power. All done within the river so tidal knowledge, weather information and lots of local advice thrown in. The 90 minute session includes all equipment & instruction on technique, tidal awareness & safety.
