Absolutely perfect choice for families or small adult groups that want an instructor to themselves for a private introductory session to Stand Up Paddleboarding. One of our experienced, friendly and qualified coaches will get you on the water and paddling safely in no time. The session will start with a safety briefing and some land-based training before heading out on the water for a guided tour. Whilst on the water you’ll learn about paddling technique, balance strategy, turning around and bringing on more power. All done within the river so tidal knowledge, weather information and lots of local advice thrown in. The 90 minute session includes all equipment including board & paddle, wetsuits and buoyancy aids.
We find families particularly benefit from this exclusive session when the kids may need the occasional extra moment or two of 1 to 1 time from the instructor.
