Wakeboarding becomes a sport that once learnt helps with many other sports, such as kitesurfing. The 2 key elements of kitesurfing are the board and the kite, wakeboarding teaches you the board skills that become fundamental in kitesurfing, whether learning or an advanced rider.
Wakeboarding becomes an ideal platform for those wishing to progress through their sports. Surfers use their surf boards behind the boat and have an endless wave which is what most surfers would dream about.

THE COURSES
Learn to Wakeboard 1 Hour Lesson - £40
Ideal for anyone that has never tried the sport or those that need that little extra advice for getting up and riding more successfully.
The lesson comprises of a 30 minute shore based session, where you will be introduced to the positions you will need to adopt while in the water and the action of getting up on the board. During this time you will also be introduced to the equipment, safety aspects and hand signals.
Immediately after you will have 30 minutes on the water practicing these actions and positions and get you up and riding. You will have continuous tuition throughout by fully qualified BWS Wakeboard Instructors. (Wetsuit and Buoyancy Aid included)
Wakeboard Tow - £20
For all of those people who don't have their own boat and want to get out quickly and easily or have done a lesson and just want to get out there and practice.
Wakeboarding is a physically demanding sport so this 15 minute tow is enough for anyone keen to get on the water and practicing turns, jumps and tricks.
Boat Hire - Starting from £65 an Hour
Hire one of Exe Wakes boats with qualified driver on an hourly basis, allowing the freedom to wakeboard, surf, ringo or ski for a time that suits you and your mates. The combination of an hourly rate and use of any of the equipment makes for a great morning, afternoon or evening. During your time we can also incorporate stopping of at water front bars and restaurants to make it a perfect experience.
