THE EDGE RACE CUP- 15th and 16th of June 2013

Back for its fourth year the Edge Race Cup is now supported by ATASS and is the 2nd stop on the UK BKSA Race tour this year. With two race categories of Course racing (BKSA Class A) and Open (Class B) as well as a long distance race if the conditions allow. This year also sees the introduction of the ECOVER sponsored SUP race based on a 100m sprint course, this will run alongside the kite event and entry to the race cup includes entry to the sup event. With top prize money, high quality industry prizes on offer as well as the amazing goodie bags (alone worth more than the entry fee) and then a Saturday night social to top it off its a no brainer for your summer calender.

The Idea is to have 2 fleets that compete alongside each other so there will be an overall class A (RaceBoard) and Class B (Open) winner. Class B is all about getting people involved and racing so dont be intimidated it is open for any rider to compete!

When: 15th and 16th of June 2012 - 8;30am is registration at the Edge shop. 10 am is briefing with 10.30am is 1st Possible start.

SUP Race:

Entry to the Ecover SUP race is included in the entry to the edge race cup. SUP competitors only may also enter at a fee of £10 per person. The event will run alongside the kite event and has excellent sponsor support and will be run throughout the day.
