How the Courses Run

We start our courses at the shop where you will fill out a booking form and be briefed on where to go for your lesson. To save uncesscesary travel, we ask that you call us before you set off to confirm that the conditions will be suitable for your lesson (if you need to leave before 9am please call the day before). We teach either in the River (Duck Pond) or on Exmouth Seafront (pole sands). On arrival at the kites spot for the day it is expected that you will need to pay for car parking and either go by boat or walk to the teaching location for that day. We have a rib which is used for transport & safety and this is on the water at all times.

You may need to be flexible with your times and days to get the most favoured conditions. Learning to kitesurf is not like learning to play golf! We need over 10knots and under 25knots of wind. We have been teaching watersports for over 20 years and our knowledge of local wind & tide effects help to ensure your learning with us is always safe, valuable and lots of fun.
