2017 North Kites and boards launch!

This is defiantly the time of year that all of the kite community gets excited about, shiny new toys! Things are even more exciting this year as there is often a few leaked images of the new kite to give us an idea of what to expect but so far this year we haven’t seen anything so your guess is as good as ours!

The official launch of the majority of the 2017 products is this Monday with the Rebel, the new Bar and a good selection of the boards becoming available to order. If you want to have a look in person at the new kit then we will have Emma from North Kites UK coming down with a van full 2017 kit that you can have a good look at before you buy, Emma will be in the shop from 2pm on Tuesday to answer any questions you may have and we would love to see you all down here.

Steph’s Foil Coaching
Steph is so excited about the progress being made amongst the Exmouth Hydrofoil fleet. There is a session on Wednesday 10th at 10:00 till 13:00 for people that are going along well and want help with Transitions – Upwind stance and Downwind angles. Video Coaching and Top Tips from Steph and Guy. She is even thinking of running some evening racing very soon! Cost – £50 for the session. Call us to save your spot.

Exe Hammer!
Big Changes to the Exe Hammer stand up paddle challenge for 2016 with the inclusion of Exeter City Futures who are helping support the event this year and have brought some brilliant new ideas along with them. For 2016 we will be paddling from Topsham back to Exmouth, this change in direction will enable for a really dramatic start and a brilliant finishing location with food and drink at the lifeboat station in Exmouth. Entry is available for £30 including food and drink at the finish line!

Used Foil Kites
A must have for kite racing and boosting, the bridges will be selling off their Fone Diablo kites in sizes, 10,12,15 and 18m with prices starting from £500 kite only, bars are available also. If you want to be able to boast in the pub that your kite has won world championships then look no further!
